As a Healing Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach, I assist to direct the flow of energy around the body, facilitating the body back into its original functions, which assist with the rebalancing and realigning of your energy system, helping to remove blockages where needed, making room for you to flourish.
Energy & Vibrational Medicine integrates sacred sound, breathwork and your natural healing gift to restore open-heartedness and reawaken the sense of connection with the world.
A range of healing modalities are weaved into my intuitive Offerings. During these Offerings I shall hold space for you to release and surrender, to unblock and open your energy centres. I shall be a channel for you to heal and offer spiritual guidance to inspire you to transform and reconnect with yourself and your intuition.
Offerings based on the principles of balancing the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space and the interconnectedness of humans and the cosmos, revitalise and ground the life force energy inherent in all beings.

The I AM is the metaphysical name of the spiritual self, as distinguished from the human self. One is governed by Spirit, the other by personal will.
Intention setting is one of the most transformative components of natural medicine and energy healing modalities.
I set intentions at the beginning of every energy healing, whether it be for others or myself. I get clear on what it is I want to create and call in, and then I also ask myself what I’m ready to surrender. I also return to these intentions and repeat them during the session in order to centre myself. Remember, intentions are what create the flow of energy.
Intention is probably one of the most essential parts of healing, abundance, manifestation, personal and spiritual development. Your intention is a large determinator of any success or failure you experience. Intention is the blueprint of your experiences and the reality you create.
Initially you begin with integrity, a foremost intention of honesty and self-awareness of where you are coming from in your actions. Living connected to your true inner-essence, a connection to your inner-heart.
This true essence inside you is made of love, it holds all others equal regardless of nationality, culture or religion, and it expresses harmoniously with respect to all other life around it. This is not a utopia, but a very real down-to-earth way of living that forms the basis of energetic integrity and energetic responsibility. We live in a world where these types of expressions are not always the most common, and, therefore, a state of perfection is never to be visualised as any goal, but rather a continual application of the honesty to be aware of where you are coming from in each moment.
I believe we have an innate and intuitive ability to heal ourselves, but that we sometimes need the support of others to tap into our own power.
Through initiation your body is immersed within quantum-based frequencies and is then enabled to instigate and facilitate an appropriate healing for itself.
